  Absolutely terrible experience from the owner. I come in his store often & order the tuna but decided to try their breakfast sandwich this morning with egg & cheese with some toppings. I picked up the sandwich it was not toasted & it had no cheese in it. The owner called & argued with me stating he has a video of him putting the sandwich in the toaster & putting cheese on it. I told him well I am the one that ate the sandwich & clearly had no cheese on it & if you toasted it then you need to turn your toaster up because the bread did not seem toasted. He said there is nothing I can do for you, you can come in & watch the video. Well maybe you should find a new place to take your family for eye care because we took great care of your child with no hesitantion!!! Small town people expect the same treatment. This is an owner that has no respect for his customers. I will not be back.

  As a restaurant owner, I must say this is yhe worst customer service I have ever experienced. Do yourself a favor and order elsewhere. Do not give this franchise owner your hard earned money
