  My kids and I stopped here for a lunch break today since everything else had no power because of the storm. We were pleasantly surprised about the experience we had. This is by far one of the best Subway locations I've ever visited! The owners are such a sweet and happy couple who genuinely treat every customer like family. The vegetables were incredibly fresh, and they were very generous with the sauces something I really appreciated. At most Subway locations I usually have to ask for extra sauce, but not here. You can tell they truly care about their customers and take pride in their business. Great food, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere. I'll definitely be back again soon!

  The service the workers are all amazing and very nice people they always load up my sandwich I always go here it’s the one place that knows my sub order by heart I’ve been going to this exact subway since I was 7 it’s always been my favorite highly recommended

  I had to share an incredible experience we had at Subway at 14704 Cicero ave in Midlothian recently. As a high school teacher, I brought in a group of my English learner students to practice real-world language skills, and the two sandwich artists working today absolutely blew me away. From the moment we walked in, Hemil and Akra were patient, encouraging, and genuinely invested in helping my students succeed. Instead of rushing them, they took the time to ask thoughtful questions, gently encourage them to speak louder, and even gave them the space to practice, even when it took a little extra time. What could have been an overwhelming experience for my students turned into something empowering and joyful, all because of the kindness and understanding that Hemil and Akra showed. They didn’t just make sandwiches, they created a safe, supportive environment where my students felt confident using their voices. It’s not every day you see that level of care and humanity in a busy setting. I’m so grateful for their warmth and professionalism. They made a lasting impact on my students (and on me). Thank you for going above and beyond! And thank you for the DELICIOUS sandwiches! We will be back 😄

  Amazing customer service. They always greet me with a warm welcome and memorized my order exactly how I like it and they do not cheap out. They even ask how the family is doing. Whenever I am craving subway I always make sure to come here and you should too.
