  This is one of the only auto parts store I shop at in the area. I primarily speak with John as he's very knowledgeable and friendly. He has never done me wrong. The guy deserves a promotion or at least a raise for his hard work here. It would be great if you didn't use AI for your review responses.

  This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. I came in to make a simple return, and from the moment I walked up to the counter, Tom (who identified himself as the General Manager) had an attitude. Instead of helping me, he questioned why the items were being returned, why they were purchased at another location, and made me feel like I had to justify a return for products that were still sealed. If there was an issue with the receipt or SKU, that’s completely fine just explain it. There was no reason to be rude or argumentative throughout the entire interaction. When I finally decided I’d rather return the items at another store because of how uncomfortable the experience had become, I told Tom he hadn’t been any help. His response? “Well, neither have you.” That was incredibly unprofessional. As a customer, I’m not there to help the General Manager he’s there to help customers. I left feeling frustrated, disrespected, and honestly shocked that someone in a management position would speak to a customer that way. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

  The manager Randy was extremely pleasant and helpful. From the initial phone call to the thanks for visiting his establishment, I was grateful for his top notch customer service
