    This location is full of lies and scams! I placed an order online through their website as usual for delivery on 5/23. Got an alert that the door dasher Luis was at location waiting on order. After 10 mins it said door dasher have your food on its way with a picture of the food in his car. Then I get a text from door dasher Luis asking if I have my food because it’s not at the store he thinks someone stole it! So to my knowledge the dasher stole my food. I called Wingstop spoke with some female who stated they don’t check the names of the door dasher they just give them the food. Then I ask if I need to come there to handle the issue she said no my name is not in the system.if you want a refund you would need to call door dash! I called door dash spoke with John he informed he can send a ticket to Wingstop to have them re deliver a new order. I said okay. He kept me on hold while he placed the order and said I should get a new delivery soon. I got the notification that another order was in process.. after 5 mins it said door dasher Octavio is at location waiting for your item. After 10 mins I get a text from this dasher saying my food is not at location and my name is not in their system. I kept going back and forth with the door dasher giving him my name. Then it said door dasher on his way with item and he never showed up! This is the second time in 1 hour my food was stolen! I called Wingstop again the same female picked up put me on hold I spoke with the store manager who wouldn’t let me get a word in! He kept saying my name is not in the system and to call door dash for a refund we can’t do it! I called door dash spoke with John again. He found my name in the system and put me on hold to speak with Wingstop customer service for a refund. I spoke with Brandon he found my name in the system as well and apologized for wingstop winston plaza location being unprofessional. He processed my order for a refund! Thank you Brandon wingstop customer service rep! Wingstop at Winston plaza I don’t know what scams going on with the door dashers but stealing food and then saying customers name are not in the system is ridiculous! Yall making food for ghost? The location needs to screen their employees and managers. Door dash as well!

    on 5/22/26 A short Hispanic female that works night shift at your establishment.. Was very disrespectful and inconsiderate of my time and people in the establishment. I came in to get a Grubhub order to pickup.. Upon pickup I told the Lady my phone was dead, and I couldn’t show her the name, but I told her the exact name and last name and she grabbed the bag and gave it to me just to tell me you need to get your phone because you could be lying to me.. and snatched it back.. I left to retrieve my phone, which was at one percent on my phone showed her the name. She panicked yelled and called the police on me to leave because I told her to hurry because my phone is going to die. she proceeded to say.. I cut the line and I have an attitude. while on the phone with police.. this employee here can’t control their emotions or conduct professional treatment when I asked her name she told me her mom.. I stood to wait for police, but her yelling made me leave because she was causing more of a disturbance than initially accused me of.. she refused to give me my order even after seeing the name was valid. letting her emotions control her job and what’s right !

    On 5/30 I visited this location and the cashier proceeded to give me an incomplete order. I mentioned to her that she shorted me a fry and a vegetable plate. She then brought me 2 fries and when I asked her to swap it out she told me I had to pay for the additional tray of fries. I then asked if she could swap it out and she did, but proceeded to throw the vegetables on the counter instead of placing them on the tray. So I took my food and tossed the tray back on the counter as it angered me. She then proceeded to yell and tell me I had to leave the store and said she. Would call security and escalated this issue. I then asked security to call the police. This woman had my 6 year old granddaughter crying because of the issue. Needless to say the cops mentioned I could not come back to that location. All due to a young register girl that knows nothing about customer service and neglected to pay attention to what I asked for! The manager then got involved when I was on the way out and knew nothing about what his employee had done.I’ve been going to this location for years and this crew may be new. I only recognized 1 cook.
