  The service sucks and their steps on making sandwhiches are extremely weird and not how most subways go about it. They messed up my online order once last week and I had to return to have it remade while on my lunch break. The first incident was handled appropriately. The 2nd time I ordered my sandwhich it appeared it wasn't made how I ordered and to my liking once again. This time around the woman taking care of me was extremely rude in how she addressed me and super defensive. If you dislike problem solving and customer service find a new job or buisness! Please don't waste your time and money eating here. The subway in bellwood which is 2 min away from them is much better with service all the way around.

  Chicken Noodle Soup smells like my French bulldogs kibble mixed with water. I’ve never eaten my dogs kibble before but I feel like I did today. My girlfriend’s sandwich was DRENCHED with Mayo, literally having to wipe it off with a napkin. Lady took her sweet time getting our order together, we were in there for 10 minutes for 2 footlongs and soup. Horrible, do no recommend

  If I could leave 0 stars I would. Young man by himself, thinks it’s okay to make women uncomfortable and ask for their number. Very unprofessional. Honestly took too long to make sandwich. Do not waste your time, there’s better subways out there.
