  Very stingy with all their food asked for a little more turkey and he refused to put a couple extra slices on it absolutely rediculous

  place an order at eight arrive around 9 to pick it up she said she had no orders. The money came out of my account and it was showing in my recent orders on the app. The lady started shouting and was extremely rude with me Even after I showed her proof that my order went through. it’s one sandwich I don’t understand the argument. I work at a sandwich place and would have just made the sandwich. there is proof.

  I’m not one to review negativity, but the Subway on Kane Ave. is ridiculous! Subway itself is “skimpy”. However, this location is by far the skimpiest! I don’t go there often at all, but the handful of times I have, they are a joke. I purposely order “extra veggies“ to feel like I even get a sandwich, but even with the so called extras, it’s by far the skimpiest Subway ever. I should have taken a picture. Unfortunately, there won’t be a next time.

  This has got to be the worst Subway in McHenry!!! The staff are some of the most bitter and rude people I have ever met they’re attitude seems like you are bothering them when you walk into there store. Watch out they try to pull fast ones on you! Gave them a 10 and the rest on my card while I was paying I was also instructing the other worker on the second sand which and the lady tried acting like I never gave her a 10 so we went back and forth for a bit… horrible horrible go to the Subway inside Walmart that gentleman seems to take pride in his work and treats customers a 100% better!

  Don't waste your time or money. Horrible service. Ordered 4 sandwiches, got no napkins, asked for some napkins ... and was refused ... that was a first!
