  Have been coming to this location since I was very little! Maybe 7! The owner has been here the whole time and this is the best subway to come to in mchenry!

  Today I ordered a footlong sub on my app. I went in to pick it up and asked for a cup of giardiniera peppers on the side. 1 because you can not select then on the app and 2 because I can control the amount of additional oil that is added to the sub (I like the peppers but not all the oil). I was told the peppers are $1.00 extra. I asked since when, and was told that it it is on the sandwich it is free but it you want them on the side it is extra. I have been going to Subway for years and have never had this happen. I then remembered why I quit going to this location. I literarily drive across town and go to the one on Rt. 120 where the owner there is very friendly and hospitable. I thought I would give them another try since it's been a couple of years since I have gone there and it is closed than the other location I have been going. Please take my recommendation and avoid this location. I know the other one is a little farther away but you won't be sorry.
