  I waited for 30 minutes and they didn't open. I called 1-800 and asked why they supposedly open at 10:00 AM, and it was already 10:30 AM and they weren't open. I waited for 30 minutes and they told me they didn't know anything and couldn't do anything. They're good at closing on time but not at opening, so I hung up and left.

  Mel, she made my day. I was soo soo overwhelmed with my mailing needs. I was contracted by someone to forward some boxes. And the person who was out of state keep adding extra steps which would have normally frustrated me. Mel was a heaven sent to me and very calmly guided me through the, repacking and labeling process. She took her time and explained the process to me ensuring I understood and made me feel as if I was a valued customer. I truly appreciate her professional approach to helping.
