my phone broke and needed to do a claim with Asurion. This is supposed to be Asurion directly with the client process but I'm clueless on how to go about the situation. Went in and Erika had no customers in store, so she helped me with the process. thank you! now I'm waiting to receive my new phone. Couldn't have done it without their help. Great service
