  6/3/26 Walked 3 miles round trip just for some subway and the morning shift made a sandwich that made it worth every step 5 stars 10/10 give those employees a medal!

  Waited 30 + mins in the drive through for a 6 inch that was hard as a brick and another 5 mins waiting while they picked off the hard parts of the bread instead of making a new one. I'm not usually the type to leave a mean review but I have not had a pleasant experience there for a long time.

  Food was great but I ordered my sandwhich at 11:40am. Said it would be done at 11:55 so I clocked out for lunch at 11:55 since I work 3 minutes from the shop. Get there and let them know my name and had a mobile order, “she said okay pull around” I was behind someone for 15 min and pulled up. She said they couldn’t find my order and thought I was at the wrong subway, I showed her my order and where it was ordered too. she went back to find it. She finally comes back and said they couldn’t find it, asked what I had, I told her. She said they will make it and have it out. I didn’t get my sandwich until 12:42 and had to go right back to work before I was late. Didn’t ask to refund my money, no free chips or drink for waiting.. nothing. Im normally not one to complain or care for free stuff but I ordered my food at 11:40- and didn’t get it until 11:42. Im not sure if they were just too busy for 3 people or what but they need to be more staffed if that’s the case… I’ve been customer service for years and it’s never been like that. Plus when I got my sandwhich they didn’t wrap it fully so you can see inside it.

  Every single time I get my food I’m either missing an item or my sandwich is wrong. They also never start the order for pickup until you’re there. I would not recommend this place anymore. It has really lost its touch, and I used to love this place and never have any issue. Highly disappointed.

  Half the time I order here something is wrong with my order. They don't pay attention to the whole ticket I went in today to pick up my order I placed on the app after waiting 20 min and seeing people who ordered after me get their food and leave I asked the lady making sandwiches if they were working on mine. They lost the ticket and had to reprint it. I wait a little bit longer and check the make line again to see if they are working on mine. I noticed a sandwich that looked like mine but it had a ton of sauce on it. I asked if that was mine she said yes. I said that I asked for less sauce and it was on the ticket in front of her. She said she just sees teriyaki on the top of the ticket and put it on there. Well that's not a good excuse and she was gonna make me just be okay with the fact that she looked over the less sauce part. Didn't offer to remake it I had to ask her after both of us staring at each other for a couple awkward seconds. Needless to say I'm gonna be going in there every single time if my order is the slightest bit wrong. It's too expensive for me to be getting it wrong almost every single time.
