  I have had nothing but excellent service from from Allstate. Several other people in particular that I have had the pleasure of dealing with are Haley and Nancy. They are courteous, friendly, and most importantly, very helpful! I give them the highest rating possible and highly recommend them to those seeking an insurance agent. We have both our homeowners and our auto insurance with Allstate and will be there for a long time.!

She took the time to advocate for me with Allstate's main office and worked to expedite my refund, keeping me informed throughout the process. It's rare to find someone who is so responsive, compassionate, and genuinely committed to helping their customers.   Initially Hailey input my personal information incorrectly on homeowners policy. Nancy corrected the policy and straightened the errors made earlier. Nancy was super polite and professional.
