  I was ordering a salad and specifically requested salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese. I did not request oregano, but the employee added oregano to my salad. I understand that mistakes happen, and I was not upset that an error was made. I simply asked for the salad to be remade correctly before completing my purchase. Instead of correcting the mistake, the store manager refused and stated that he did not care that his employee made the mistake and that he was not going to remake it. He also told me that I “wasted their time” making the salad. I want to make it clear that I did nothing wrong as a customer. I was respectful and only asked for my order to be corrected after an employee added an ingredient I did not request. I had not even completed my purchase yet, and instead of trying to provide good customer service, the manager dismissed my concern and made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Mistakes can happen in any restaurant, but the way management handles those mistakes is what defines the customer experience. I am disappointed by the lack of professionalism and the way I was spoken to. Also they don’t wash their hands when changing gloves or touching things they go straight to preparing your food .

  I been coming to this subway for a long time now, I really like the new management ! I would say it’s batter than the last one. Not rude at all. I would highly suggest you to try sub every time pass by from here.

  Great place with a clean and comfortable atmosphere! The dining area is always nice and well kept, and they have a good selection of snacks and drinks. The best part is definitely the food. My friend makes some of the best sandwiches I’ve had. You can tell they’re made with care, always fresh, tasty, and full of flavor. The service is friendly and welcoming every time. Definitely recommend stopping by if you want a good sandwich and a relaxing place to eat!
