  Standing there waiting for like 10 minutes mind you I only get a hour lunch and I’m just pressing the button over and over while the guy is just in the back eating and jamming to loud music. Complete waste of my time now I don’t have time to get anything.

  Is this place ever going to open the back lobby? Literally every time I go (several times a week due to work proximity), the back lobby is closed off. It doesn't matter how many employees are working or how many customers are present (today there were more customers than tables), that back lobby stays closed.

  Second time I ordered in the app a turkey sub with double the protein and it's the same amount of turkey as the regular sandwich. The only way you get double is if you order in person a turkey sub, they say double protein after they put the regular on. It shouldn't have to be trickery to get what you ordered. How many people get ripped off this way?
