  NOTE: When you enter "Fedex" into Google search, it gives you several locations, so, im leaving this review for all of them. Drivers never knock or they just tap on the door. You have to possess phenominal cosmic powers to know if they're on your porch. Thank goodness today was i blessed with those because none of us heard him knock and i would've never recieved my phone. The door tag is only for employee verification that they were present at your house, thus, signing the door tag is pointless. I asked the driver, "you mean to tell me if i would'nt have came to my door just now i would'nt have got my box?". He said, "yes, that door tag is from a different driver, i can't use it." I asked what the point of the door tag was and he replied, "i can just keep your box if you don't want to sign for it". I replied "no the hell your not" and he handed me the scanner to sign. I called customer service. You dont speak to the facility, its a call center where people do not quite grasp the english language answer your call. I will ask my phone company to send another way next time. Horrible business.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely ridiculous. Been trying to get a package delivered to me at work and they keep saying the address is wrong

  Quick and easy drop off service. I much rather send shipments from these facilities than anywhere else in southern Illinois. I can trust the package will be delivered and handled properly. The staff are welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The only drawback you must have your package and shipping label ready before you arrive. Someone other FedEx facilities have that capability.
