  Great stay with excellent service!The check-in process was quick and easy, and the night staff guy was both polite and efficient. My room was exceptionally clean and very spacious, featuring a comfortable bed with a great assortment of pillows. It also came with a mini-fridge and a microwave. Even though there were renovations in progress, the night was perfectly quiet, making for a good night's rest. We will definitely stay here again whenever we are back in the area

  The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. But this place is a DUMP!!! The room was 85 degrees when I checked in and it smells awful. The beds are DISGUSTING and one is obviously soaked in urine. They didn’t even bother to change the filthy mattress cover. The other bed is stained but tolerable because thank god I had my own blankets and pillows. I’m too exhausted to complain and leave tonight otherwise I would. I highly recommend NOT staying here.

  The room had an order to it. There was paint pealing on the ceiling. Only 3 pillows on the bed for two person's. Had to leave a day early for an abscess tooth. Ask if they could get my my back for the day or give credit for one day. They wouldn't do either.

  ​I am writing this review to warn any parents or families considering staying at this location. While staying here, a male housekeeper approached my 2-year-old son while he was playing in the grass and kissed him before I could intervene. ​While the Marion Police Department was incredibly swift, professional, and took immediate action to arrest the man for assaulting my son, the hotel staff’s response was utterly disgraceful. Instead of prioritizing a child's safety and taking accountability for their employee's actions, management and staff did nothing but make excuses for him. ​The complete lack of oversight, paired with a management team that defends dangerous behavior instead of protecting their guests, makes this hotel an absolute safety hazard. Do not stay here if you value your family's safety.
