Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. Employees speak atrocious English and you can hardly understand anything they say. Then on top of that they absolutely botch our online order. Pretty much 90% of our sandwiches were made wrong, some made very wrong, and on top of everything, never gave us our two large drinks. Then as if things couldn’t get any worse, someone went back to the store after we got home, to get the drinks they had skimped us out of. This completely incompetent lady has the AUDACITY to tell them that whoever picked up the order was responsible to have to get their OWN drinks. You have got to be kidding lol. Made us pay for the drinks all over again with zero apology or attempt to make it up to us whatsoever. Just a complete disaster of a restaurant. GET RID OF THESE EMPLOYEES IMMEDIATELY. Do better Subway.

Workers messed up multiple aspects of a large online take-out order such as toppings, cheese, and skimping on meat. In addition, two large cokes were ordered which were never received. When we went back to get them, they said whoever picked up the order was responsible for getting the drinks themselves even though this was never explained. No apology was given, and management never offered to make it right. Overall very disappointed, and we will not be back
Always love their fresh sandwiches
