  Did a drop off /return this morning with probably one of the rudest clerks, a young man, I’ve dealt with in a long time. If you don’t want to work in customer service, get a different job.

  They are not helpful or friendly at this location and parking is terrible.

  I've been here many times in the past but it is highly unlikely I'll ever return. 3 young men working the counter this morning, listening to their music and being completely dismissive. In addition to essentially ignoring me the entire time while they talked amongst themselves, I needed to stop the young man from damaging an antique item as he bended and scrunched the metal wires to make the item smaller (!?!?!?). I asked him not to do it and he completely ignored me. I then turned to the older boy of the 3, who was completely disengaged, and asked if he would help the younger men or if there was a manager onsite. He said no and wouldn't even look at me. One bad employee is a problem, all bad employees are a management/owner problem. I'm now worried the item will be packaged poorly as I don't believe any of these boys know what they are doing.

  We got there with only about 5 mins to spare till closing time, which I was already stressing about, because i hate being late and I’ve had plenty of unpleasant experiences with employees giving me a lot of flak and attitude for being there so soon to closing time (which is understandable, to a degree, I’m a server, if a table comes in 1 minute before i was scheduled to leave, that’s too bad! I’m serving that table till they’re done!). I prepared myself for it before walking in, and was so pleasantly surprised and impressed when i received the exact opposite reaction. The young man who helped me was kind, quick, and an overall delight to do business with. He greeted us as we came in, and thanked us before we left. He also said, “hello!” to my toddler aged daughter after she said, “hi!!!!” to him, which was very sweet. He knew exactly what he was doing and we were in and out in no time. I wish i had caught his name but i was so flustered, I hadn’t looked up much (he’s quite tall! And if i remember correctly, his hair is locked and collarbone length).10/10 would go again!
