  Very disappointed with the man we talked with at this location. Had a problem with no sound on incoming calls, and not able to talk on outgoing. He didn't check the phone at all, said I need to use my warranty, costing me $75, or buy brand new. I went to a different location, and she fixed it immediately, so I left her a 5* review.
