  I walk to this subway about once a week, Chetna is always super nice, her and Vin both know my order by heart, never had any issues with this location.

  Very disappointing experience at this Subway. When I asked the manager about the Sub of the Day and whether I could make a change to my order, she was extremely rude. She could have simply explained the options in a professional and respectful way, but her attitude made the experience very uncomfortable. I ordered a tuna sub, but unfortunately, the food quality was also disappointing. The Italian cheese bread tasted very old, the tuna and sauces did not taste fresh or good, and the vegetables did not seem fresh either. Overall, I did not enjoy the taste of the sub. The combination of poor customer service and disappointing food quality made this a very unpleasant experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both the customer service and food quality.

  Manager on the sandwich counter was very rude, peopleworking on the counter were not wearing cap and aprin as chances of hair and beard are very high
