I was helped by Andre and was really impressed with his friendly demeanor, knowledge of services and an overall pleasant interaction. He was able to help me in a short window of time and I have the utmost confidence that my package will be shipped with care

  I have shipped many boxes from here and the people are wonderful to work with. Unclear why the low ratings, but this is a clean and well equipped Fedex and people will help you.

  André, the associate who helped me, was incredible. Not only was he quick to see if I needed help once I walked through the door, but he was efficient in taking me through all the necessary steps to get my packages shipped. André helped me with my large, unwieldy items, printed my shipping labels, and ensured that my boxes were secure for shipment. All this with the most excellent, friendly, and professional demeanor. Thank you André!!
