  Very efficient and cordial, but I wish they would answer the phone. I called new lenox just to ask a question and they answered on the first ring.

  On August 20th 2026 I passed the threshold of what only be described as ‘A Shippers Paradise’. Stocked shelves, state of the art printers, postal lockers that could make a grown man cry… and cry I did. It was then, the glorious leaders, nay warriors of this shipping Oasis, came to my aid and helped me back up to my feet. They allowed me time to process, guided me, taught me their ways, notarized every document I brought and did it with the speed and efficiency of a Samurai. Thank you UPS Store. Thank you so much.

  A few months ago I came in with a few different returns. I had my baby and toddler with me and was frazzled trying to find tape and package everything up. The worker at the counter saw this and kindly offered to package everything up for me. I was so thankful for his help. I wish I would have gotten his name for this review.
