  I entered and waited for service 5 min, no one at the counter, when staff comes from the back, no customer service skills, I purchased sub toasted and when I begin to bit into sandwich bread was very hard looks as bread was stale, very unpleasant! Will not be going there ever again nothing looks fresh!

  Sunny was making my sandwich & I watched him the whole entire time not change his gloves & was touching everything including the food & everything in the back . He was also making online orders at the same time with the same gloves on . What if someone was allergic to another persons choice of food being placed & the gloves were never changed ? It’s giving very unsanitary & need to be trained again asap!
