  Justine at subway is VERY rude to customers and is the general manager?? The way she treats her customers is horrible. Many people will NOT go to this location because of her. She made it very clear she does not want customers there, acted like we were an inconvenience because she was busy talking to another co worker looked at us and rolled her eyes asking what do you want. She was all around rude and unpleasant.

  Went there Monday 3/31/2026 walked in smiling trying to be friendly said I was here for a mobile order ‘Justine’ sarcastically and rudely said ‘which one is it’ and threw her hands up at me in a mocking way.(my order was the only mobile order they had) I in turn quit being nice back and then was told I had an attitude problem as the young girl working there laughed in my face and told me ‘she could refund my order if she wanted’ Totally unacceptable customer service and I will not be back I was so upset about the way they treated me I couldn’t even eat once I got home … I also wanna say there was absolutely no one else in the building, so they are not busy. After this altercation I was informed by several friends they refuse to go there because of the rude employees. I’ve been to this location several times in the past and Kim who works there has always taken care of me and treated me with respect. Justine and whoever that young girl is need some training in customer service!

  The restaurant is kept clean, and the staff are very polite and patient with my kids, and put together excellent sandwiches.
