  I recently returned to Allstate insurance and I am very satisfied that I did. The insurance agent, Pawel Odrowski is a very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous agent. He answered all my questions, and took the time to break down my policy. It was important for me to discuss why I had left Allstate, and our conversation was a positive experience for me.   This Office matter fact Allstate. Every experience I’ve had with Allstate is horrible. I come from STATE FARM. Yes I’m a STATE FARM person. My husband wasn’t happy with STATE FARM so he went over to Allstate against my wishes ,I’ve had multiple claims since then Home and Car just to get specific answers out of anybody is horrific horrible they take your money, but don’t wanna help you when stuff happens so the first chance I get I’m going to switch back over to STATE FARM. I must say there is one person her name is Andrea. That’s the only person that has tried to assist me in that whole company. Horrible service horrible communication horrible feedback, horrible amount of money that they give you for damages just horrible
