  This place overcharges you on returns. Returned a phone cover and the person charged me $4 for a padded envelope. After she had already put the label on. Similar pad was available in the same store 4 feet away for $1. Would avoid this store if possible. This is the second such experience at this store.

  Had a great experience here with Nelly & her associates. Very kind, friendly, and helpful from the moment I walked in. I came in to print out some documents for work and get 2 pieces of vinyl to put on the company 18-wheeler I use for work. I thought the vinyl would take most of my day, but it ended up only being a few hours in total (2–3 at most), probably even faster than that. The (2) 12x10 vinyl pieces I needed on a rush were a bit over $100—not bad in my opinion—and the printed documents were around $5 in total. The main thing is that my boss liked the vinyl, so that’s a plus! 👍🏼 Being from Texas 🤠, I wasn’t sure what to expect for the price and/or service. (Yeah, I read the reviews 😂), but I feel they’re inaccurate, as most reviews can be. You can’t make certain individuals happy, but that’s their problem. 🤷‍♂️ Again, I really appreciate Nelly & staff taking care of me. 🙏🏼 If I’m ever in a bind in Lincolnshire, IL, I know where to come. Thanks once again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  This is one of the FedEx Office locations I used to ship my packages, and every visit was frustrating. Unlike every other FedEx Office I've been to, they never keep their shipping envelopes out, so I had to ask for one every single time. What really disappointed me, though, was the unprofessional behavior of the staff. While I was shipping my package, two employees were clearly talking about me and laughing. Whether or not they thought I noticed, that kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and does not represent the level of customer service I expect from FedEx. If you're reading this review, I recommend choosing a different FedEx location, even if this one is more convenient. This location doesn't deserve even one star.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is by far my favorite FedEx Office location. I always come here whenever I need to print documents, make returns, or ship packages because I know I’m going to have a great experience every time. Nelly, the manager, is incredibly helpful, friendly, and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. She truly sets the standard for outstanding customer service. The entire team is just as respectful, professional, and welcoming, making every visit quick and stress-free. It’s rare to find a business that’s consistently this reliable, but this FedEx Office never disappoints. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for excellent service!
