  I want to share how wonderful Nelly at FedEx was today. I came in right near the end of the day with an important mailing that I truly needed to send out, and I was feeling very sick and overwhelmed. Nelly was incredibly kind, patient, understanding, and professional. She took the time to help me get everything handled and made a stressful situation so much easier. Her compassion and professionalism meant more than she probably realized. Thank you so much, Nelly — FedEx is lucky to have you.

  The lady working here is the rudest and most hostile person I’ve ever dealt with in customer service. She tried to charge me $210+ to ship important documents in a flimsy plastic bag, claiming the standard envelopes were more expensive - which is a blatant lie. I went to another location and got the same one-day priority service in a proper FedEx envelope for only $70. She was dismissive, unprofessional, and tried to rush me through a blatant overcharge. Do not trust this store with your money or your documents.
