  This is one of the FedEx Office locations I used to ship my packages, and every visit was frustrating. Unlike every other FedEx Office I've been to, they never keep their shipping envelopes out, so I had to ask for one every single time. What really disappointed me, though, was the unprofessional behavior of the staff. While I was shipping my package, two employees were clearly talking about me and laughing. Whether or not they thought I noticed, that kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and does not represent the level of customer service I expect from FedEx. If you're reading this review, I recommend choosing a different FedEx location, even if this one is more convenient. This location doesn't deserve even one star.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is by far my favorite FedEx Office location. I always come here whenever I need to print documents, make returns, or ship packages because I know I’m going to have a great experience every time. Nelly, the manager, is incredibly helpful, friendly, and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. She truly sets the standard for outstanding customer service. The entire team is just as respectful, professional, and welcoming, making every visit quick and stress-free. It’s rare to find a business that’s consistently this reliable, but this FedEx Office never disappoints. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for excellent service!

  Nelly is the absolute best!! Always takes care of my business printing needs professionally and quickly. Highly recommend this location!!
