    This was a really nice Subway. We were passing through during a road trip and were happy to find a clean Subway with a really friendly worker. My sub came out perfect and was delicious. Didnt catch his name but shout out to the friendly Indian guy with tattoos!

    This place seems to have gone downhill. I have heard it was under new management. We ordered online and our order was 30 minutes late and the quality of our subs were not what they used to be or even standard subway quality. Bread was super dry and ingredients were lacking. They were edible but used to be so much better. Their service seemed to be super slow and again not what it used to be. Wont order from here again. Its not worth the price for sure.

    I just left, and they only one person working and looks to be the bosses son! While the boss just stands there watching!!! Does not move until a bunch of online orders came in. So I asked what happen to your staff? He said they all quit, even the manager! From what I understood they treated their employees like garbage!! And they had really good people too!! Most not all but most!!!

    I tried ordering through the app a deal that was being offered and was told when I called the store that they do not honor that deal and I would need to pay in full to receive my food and when I asked who made these choices I was told the owner. when I requested speak to a manager or owner I was informed One was not there and that they usually are not. I would rather drive to Mason City and order there then to ever deal with this subway again.

    I live in town, every other time has been fine but today. We just left, the two girls working were super rude and not friendly at all. They waited for us to say something, no greeting, therefore not knowing if they were ready or not. I asked for light sauce, gave me extra after I was clear about what I wanted. Super disappointing, left no tip.
