It is not okay to upgrade a basic copy order and then charge me $4/page for it when I neither asked for that nor approved it. I was coming in to discuss the order when I received an email that it was ready and I was charged $100 for an order that should have been $20. And when I went back to ask about the outrageous charge I was told by Brianna that 'she had no way to know the cost beforehand'. Not okay in any business. You get customer approval prior to any upgrade that you are charging them for. I gave her the chance to make it right and she chose not to. Prior to this I did a lot of printing there. I do not need an education on UPS stores and I had no idea what the print manager was printing. It should have been 10 sheets of paper. Not $100. Owner response is meaningless.

I had a very bad experience at this UPS location.
When I returned my package, the employee did not give me a receipt. I asked for the receipt but she ignored me. I had to leave and come back again, and only then she gave me the receipt from under the desk.
This is not the first time this employee has behaved like this. Customers should not have to ask multiple times for a drop-off receipt.
Management should please look into this situation

The young man working this morning is very polite and helpful. He greeted each customer, and he was professional. I was shipping something to another state. He had me in and out of the store in under 5 minutes.

The couple that work there are wonderful! But went in Saturday 5/13 and had a guy working in there wearing an upside down cross necklace. I felt very uncomfortable and creeped out. Will not be coming back to this store!
