  Places an online order and showed up two minutes before it said it was going to be ready checked in. They told me it would be two minutes. I watched all the employees walk away and go on their phones just for 10 minutes to go by and one lady says in Spanish “no one made these 8 wings” Unacceptable terrible customer service

  Edit: changing my rating. The past couple of times I've gone, the issue has gotten better. Today, everything was seasoned beautifully and was piping hot. I love Wing Stop. But this location consistently under seasons their food, mainly fries. Just picked up food 5 mins ago, was waiting while they bagged my food. Got to my car and tried a fry. Bland and cold. Disappointed.

  The Lakemoor Wing Stop location decided not to honor its 70 cent wing promotion on a Monday and tried to upcharge to 20 dollars for 20 wings. Disappointed. Carpentersville location knows and honors their guests.

  Absolutely delicious! Awesome pigout food! Everything is cooked to perfection. The sauces and dressings are to die for!
