  The Lakemoor Wing Stop location decided not to honor its 70 cent wing promotion on a Monday and tried to upcharge to 20 dollars for 20 wings. Disappointed. Carpentersville location knows and honors their guests.

  Absolutely delicious! Awesome pigout food! Everything is cooked to perfection. The sauces and dressings are to die for!

  They have gotten hair in my food three times. A long black hair in my fries twice and another in the chicken. They don’t wear hairnets and they don’t answer the phone either. Used to be good. Kept thinking the hair was a mistake but three times… never ordering from there again!

  Play some online order around 730. Didn’t get our food for a long time but that’s OK cause they were busy however, we we drove 20 minutes to get the food made it all the way home just realize we were missing two things of wings and two large ranches or no silverware no napkins no ranch at all and one of them is supposed to be a split between traditional and boneless, and all of them were traditional horrible service for being a company that’s just opening up. I’m very disappointed and just find out one of my bumpkins got regular fries instead of her lemon pepper, seasoned fries, and another one of them. There were three plain wings South very disappointed Wingstop. Along with the ranch, I also had to use hidden valley ranch which obviously you want to use the Wingstop ranch I’m very disappointed. along with all that we did order lemon pepper pies well done, and they were all soggy.
