  The big girl at the counter refused to take my package. She tried telling my the box, mind you that was shipped to me, wouldn’t make it through shipping. So you’re admitting that fedex doesn’t take care of packages!!!! She demanded I buy a specialized fedex box. Great employees you have working for your company that are telling customers how terrible you handle packages

  Dropped off package and told employee what it was. First time ever I insured a shipping item because I felt employee seemed strange. My box never made it to the Grayslake FedEx hub. Seems it got "lost." Not "lost" getting to its destination, "lost" inside the Lake Zurich FedEx building. I'm sure it wasn't stolen.

  Terrible service by lady. STAY AWAY She forced us to sign a commercial invoice for personal document and now the document is stuck internationally. Terrible service and fooling the public. Stay away from this FedEx center if you want your shipping to go seamlessly.
