  I had to put one star in so I can write up a comment. I recently hired the Lake Zurich Fedex office to perform a simple new letter for my company. I stopped in and went over the project with the manager. The order was to put 4 pages of print on one 11 x 17 piece of paper and folded so it fit in a standard #10 envelope. Two days later I picked up the order and it was (2) separate 8.5 x 11 copies folded to fit into a #10 envelope. I returned back to the location, my second trip and showed the night Jeremy the error and he reassured me the order was going to be corrected and he told me the manager will call me. Well the manager did not call. So when I returned two later on 9/13/18, I opened the box with the clerk, and we both saw how stupid this group is. They reprinted each page on 11 x 17 then folded it. The night clerk saw my frustration and I told he I want the order cancelled. He tried to refund my $503.00 for the returned second wrong order but did not have security clearance to perform that task. He then told me the manager, yes the same guy that screwed up this order twice was going to call me and issue the credit. well its been almost 24 hours later and I have not received any communication from anyone at this location in Lake Zurich Illinois. I tried calling them and they never picked up the phone. I will be calling my credit card company to dispute the charges. The service and follow up is horrible. I hope this wakes them up to call me.
