  Pretty hard to get lunch here unless you have an hour to waste. They just can't get it together.

  Ordered 2 subs, 3 cookies, and chips. All 3 of the cookies were still raw, and when I called they said “that they could replace the cookies, but that’s what corporate calls for to cook the cookies.” Then tried telling me that they could replace the cookies. Why would I want to get replaced cookies, just for those to be raw too? I worked at a subway and I know they aren’t supposed to still look like full on cookie dough. It was flatter than a damn pancake. But on top of that, they had the cookies I wanted, but apparently “misread” the order and gave me the wrong thing. My 2 year old is picky as hell, and wouldn’t eat the other ones they gave us. I will also note, I’ve gotten cookies there before and they never looked the way, they did today. Just disappointed.
