I tried to order online and it wasn’t working, so I called to see if the app was down. The girl who answered was just mumbling and I couldn’t understand her, and then she hung up on me. I went inside to order, and saw her cellphone sitting on the prep board where they make our sandwiches, and then saw her grab her phone with her gloved hands, and then go back to touching the food. I just left after that. Unprofessional and no food safety protocols.
