Racist. If you’re not white, they will not give you good customer service. My food was supposed to be ready at 12:32 and I didn’t get it until 12:47. A white woman walks in and the manager tells the worker to give the woman a free drink for waiting and the worker assumed me (because I was waiting!) he then corrected her and said NO. NOT HER, but HER (the white woman) she literally had just walked in and my food was already 15 mins past due. He didn’t apologize for the wait nor did he offer to ameliorate the situation. They are careless and unprofessional to you if you’re not Caucasian.
