  I can't say enough great things about the UPS Store in La Grange! Nick and the entire team are absolutely amazing. They somehow make even the most frustrating tasks (like Amazon returns with all their confusing rules or renewing a passport) feel easy and seamless. Everyone is friendly, patient, and always willing to go above and beyond to help. It's rare to find customer service this good these days, and it's the reason I keep coming back. Thank you, Nick and the team, for making every visit such a great experience!

  I asked this lady for the fastest package Delivery to overseas and she gave me wrong information, after paying $ 172 for the definite and timely delivery, still the package was late, I lost my money plus lost the deal because of their unprofessional and untrained people at the counter. Never rely on these guys and response was even worse when I called them for tracking my package.

  Unlike the others in my immediate area, this is 1 of 3, that have Sunday hours starting at 10 or 11 am. The other 2 are a bit of a drive also but the drive is straightforward and may be, give or take 5 to 10 extra minutes of driving, about 20 minutes long.
