  I had a really great afternoon at Wingstop, and the manager Alberto made it even better. He greeted me warmly, was patient while I looked over the menu, and recommended some of the best wings I’ve had. Even though the restaurant was busy, Alberto stayed calm, friendly, and professional. He kept everything running smoothly and treated everyone with kindness and respect. (also) I had an excellent experience at Wingstop, and Vanessa made it especially memorable. She greeted me with a warm smile, was patient while I reviewed the menu, and recommended flavors that ended up being some of the best wings I have ever had. Even though the restaurant was busy, Vanessa stayed calm, courteous, and professional. She kept my order accurate, updated customers on wait times, and treated everyone with kindness and respect. My food arrived fresh, hot, and exactly as requested. It is clear Vanessa takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about customer service. Overall, this was one of my best visits to Wingstop, and I hope she is working the next time I return.

  I had an amazing experience at Wingstop, and Vanessa made it even better. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome. It's not every day you come across someone who genuinely enjoys helping customers, but that's exactly the impression she gave. She was patient while I looked over the menu, answered all of my questions, and even recommended a few flavors that ended up being some of the best wings I've had. The restaurant was busy, but Vanessa stayed calm, friendly, and professional the entire time. She made sure my order was correct, kept customers updated on wait times, and handled everything with a great attitude. Even while juggling multiple orders, she treated everyone with kindness and respect, which made the atmosphere feel welcoming. When I got my food, everything was fresh, hot, and exactly how I ordered it. It's clear that Vanessa takes pride in her job and cares about giving customers a great experience. Employees like her are a big reason people come back to a restaurant. Overall, this was one of the best Wingstop visits I've had. Great food, excellent service, and an employee who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Vanessa deserves recognition for her hard work and positive attitude. I'll definitely be coming back, and I hope she's there the next time I visit!

  There was this server named vanessa (kankakee btw) she was super nice to me even when u had trouble ordering she recommended me some items i asked her if the brownies were good she said yeah so i ordered two cuz you know i like brownies. sk yeah recommended going there very nice servers and food was great
