  The worst Wingstop in the Chicagoland area. Our order was stolen during a DoorDash delivery, and instead of taking ownership of the situation, they immediately blamed the Dasher. We were then asked to drive to the store ourselves to pick up the replacement order, even though we originally paid for delivery. When we finally received the food, it was cold, and the fries looked like they had been sitting around since yesterday. To make matters worse, there was no apology, no discount, no compensation, and no effort to make things right after the inconvenience of having to drive there ourselves. This is the owner and his wife, and the customer service was absolutely disappointing. Businesses make mistakes, but how you handle those mistakes is what matters. Unfortunately, they showed no concern for the customer experience. I rarely leave negative reviews, but people deserve to know what they’re walking into. We have to be more intentional about supporting businesses that support and value the communities they serve. Wingstop 7801 Archer Rd Justice, IL I would not recommend this location. ⭐☆☆☆☆

  HORRIBLE experience! The chicken was beyond atrocious and completely inedible. There were feathers throughout multiple wings, which is absolutely unacceptable. When I called the restaurant to voice my concerns, I was met with nothing but aggression, defensiveness, and ignorance. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, I was told that “no one else complained” and “no one else has problems with the chicken.” I explained that I am not “everyone else,” and my concern should still matter and be addressed. The employee became even more defensive, told me to “talk to the manager tomorrow,” and then hung up on me. I brought the food back to the restaurant to physically show them the problem, and all three of the ignoramuses initially acted as if they didn’t see any feathers at all. After going through the chicken themselves, they came back and admitted it was there, only to then say, “that’s normal for chicken to come like that.” Absolutely ridiculous and unsanitary. The food quality was disgusting, and the customer service was even worse. NEVER AGAIN!

  i ordered a 10 piece wings and was given almost twice that amount, which at first seemed like a nice gesture, but it quickly became clear the wings weren’t fresh. quantity doesn’t make up for quality. really disappointing experience, and not somewhere i plan to order from again.
