  I used to enjoy coming to this Wingstop, but my most recent visit was extremely disappointing. I’m not sure if there has been a change in ownership or management, but this location is nothing like it used to be. The quality of the food has gone downhill, the customer service was poor, and the restaurant had a very unpleasant odor. The three time I have been there it smells really bad when I receive my order it’s almost like I could taste the bad hygiene odor. It was so gross. I couldn’t even eat it. I hope management takes these concerns seriously because this location used to be much better. If there has been new ownership or management, I encourage them to focus on improving the cleanliness, food quality, and customer service so customers can once again enjoy visiting this restaurant.

  Damn, the quality has downgraded A LOT! I gave it one more chance since the last time they were terrible and they forgot to add the ranch. Today, same - the wings were not cooked well. I hate doing this but c’mon, what happened to you all. It was my favorite wing stop place for years, and now officially I’m done :(.

  My absolute favorite WingStop in the region. They know how to fry chicken. Max showed great customer service and the place is clean. This location has taken great care of my family when I couldn’t make it to the kitchen. Keep up the good work.

  This is disgusting, the ranch is literally rotten, once I finished recording the video of poring the chunky ranch down the drain and I watered it down my sink there were white chunks left behind.
