  Had a great experience today at the UPS store on Essington Rd in Joliet, IL. Lisa helped me with two items I needed to return today to Amazon. She was so helpful and saved me a trip back to my house. Lisa helped walk me through the returns on my phone so she could scan the codes there in the store and continue with processing my returns. So thankful for her excellent customer service!

  After waiting in line for 25 minutes, on 12/20 around 3pm, An employee at this UPS stole my perfume after telling me he would package it for me. The person that assisted me was of Arabic descent, a taller guy. My return package never made it to Neiman Marcus. After contacting the owner and manger they advised, since there is no tracking they cannot assist Me. Knowing the fact that the employee obviously cancelled/voided my transaction after I left the store. They didn’t attempt to investigate the situation, they simply disregarded the theft. They advised that their cameras were not working on the day of the incident, which was 12/20 during an extremely busy time.
