  The clerks are helpful but not the best communication sometimes. Service for shipping is fast which is appreciated. I came in on a Saturday morning right after they opened hoping to notarize some documents, only to be told the staff member who’s able to do that doesn’t come in until 10 or 11. Okay 10 or 11, which is it? Why not advertise separate hours for notary services? Disappointed.

  Mr. Zee was extremely unhelpful. But Maggie who probably was his assistant, was extremely helpful. This was my first time returning a product to Amazon via UPS. I had not printed a label. Mr Zee just looked me as I was looking at the email which did not have a QR code, but had a return label which I was supposed to print, but our printer is not working. Maggie stepped from behind and told me to forward the mail to their address, and she was extremely helpful. She provided 5 star service.

  Clerk very rude and did not explain about sending UPS tag to store. Just kept saying send it.

  0 stars, never open on time or even within hour of saying they open, employees sit in car till you leave then decide to open store. Need to tear this place down and put a real professional business in this spot.
