Don't order "too much" food, they have an un-posted limit. I went in on a Friday night to order 5 subs. I was greater by both a male and female employee, the male employee asked me if i was getting any sandwhiched toasted, i told him 1. He went into the back to do prep work, while the female took my order. As I was ordeing my 3rd sandwhich, she asked me how many I was ordering. I told her 5 total, at this point she explained to me that they have a 3 sandwhich maximum. She told me that she would allow me to break the rule on this one occasion, but if I were to come back she would not be able to do it again because it is against store policy. During this conversation the male employee over heard us and stepped out to get involved. He began to raise his voice, "I asked you how many sandwhiches you were ordering. You should know this is why we have the app and online ordering. We can't give you 5 sandwhiches. Do you really think we have enough bread for 5 sandwhiches here? I'm not losing my job over your sandwiches." He began arguing with me and the other employee, who was telling him to stay out of the situation and not to speak to me that way. He was now yelling, in front of two other customers, still going on about, how I should know store policy and he won't lose his job over my sandwiches. Meanwhile, the ither two customers are still standing here in line, unattended, watching this whole thing. I told the woman to wrap up what she had made and that I wasn't paying for anything else. She told him repeatedly to stay out of the situation and not to speak to me like that, finally he stopped to help the other two women. I was then told as I was ringing up that I could not split my bill between gift card and debit card, at this point I just wanted out of that situation I didn't even care anymore. I left shaking furious and disgusted that i just let myself be spoken to that way. I then had to drive 4 miles to the next closest restaurant/ fast food chain to get dinner for the rest of my children. I have never been treated that way before by a customer service employee, restaurant worker, retail worker, etc. Never. Yelled at and accosted all because I wanted to give them TOO MUCH of my money and order TOO MUCH food from a restaurant. I called customer care, and they said they have never heard of this rule in their corporation before, either.
