  2 lady’s working unorganized. Waited 15 minutes to place an order while One of the lady’s was trying to figure out how and what to charge the two customers in front of me. The other lady making 4 sandwiches for an online order. Took another 5 before the lady remembered I wanted my sub toasted. Didn’t even get to purchase a meal because I had to go back to work. Meanwhile the line behind me was getting bigger. This place is totally unprofessional.

  This Subway across from Joliet Junior College is lousy, even compared to other locations of the bottom-tier sandwich chain. They seem understaffed which leads to long lines around lunch, and the place itself has a perpetual musty, yeasty, locker room smell. The pop machine is ancient! You can get a $4 sub of the day and a $7 meal combo with 6" sandwich + chips + drink. I would recommend going to Jimmy John's or somewhere else before this mess.
