  The staff was very professional and welcoming when I arrived at their office and approached the reception area to request insurance quotes. I waited in the reception area as I was amazed at how their office was constantly filled with different walk-in customers. Many of the customers had made appointments by phone to get a consultation with the agency's staff members to get help on their complicated and tragic situations with other insurance companies or current policies. I was surprised by how many people had questions or misunderstandings about how insurance works, but the staff was patient and thorough in making sure each customer’s questions were answered and that they received the assistance they needed. Once it was my turn, I was directed to the available agent, who assisted me with my requested quotes. They explained everything in detail and clearly explained which department I should contact if I had complicated billing questions. They also let me know that I could contact the office directly if I needed to make any changes to my policy. Overall, I had a great experience with the agency and will definitely be referring others to this amazing team!

  This location has the worse customer service ever. You can't get anyone ever on the phone and when I finally did she decided to put me on hold. After being told I need a quote on a vehicle & that my call has already been on hold for a while, the lady that answered put me on hold again!!!! Wasted my whole break waiting for someone to answer the call. Ridiculous. I don't understand how they run a business with such poor professionalism.
