  All the food was cold and picked up ontime..order of fries was supposed to be large and got regular..sauce on boneless wings was barely there if not missing..tried to call store to get replaced and voicemail was full as always...no one ever answers the phone..this was your 3rd strike..I am done! No wonder so many places have to close here..we pay a premium and if you don't meet standards you won't last!

  I went in order and the one who took my order very rude they continued to serve others and completely ignore me I asked for a refund they said no then proceed to call the police just cuz I wanted a refund and they refused no manger on shift no boss just a bunch of kids that dont know what they doing i almost went to jail over $30 dollars wow and this society is ridiculous u want to put me in jail for no reason i still didn't even get my food

  I was picking up a door dash order and the girl behind the counter actually slapped my hand and yanked the order out of my hands and continued to yell at me in half Indian half English. I cannot find a way to call corporate to complain but this was totally unacceptable behavior and she's lucky I didn't stop right there and call the cops to file an assault charge.

  The food is always good, that's why I come back, but sometimes they have a name marked as ready and they're not actually preparing it yet. I understand they're busy, but they should be more professional about it. They tell me the stem is ready now, and it's always a few minutes later. No problem, the food is good, but they shouldn't say it's ready when it's not.
