  Reception is horrible in Jacksonville. Local store acknowledges that there’s a problem because they lost a tower. They tell you to call customer service. When we call customer service they say there is no problem. I’m trying to call my insurance company this morning. Call was dropped four times at our house. Now I’m sitting in the Cricket parking lot in my pajamas with one bar of reception trying to make the call. Why am I paying for this? Just dropped the call IN THEIR PARKING LOT.

  Service sucks lost a significant amount of money doing a job because of no service and unable to use data and all I get is we are sorry. I'm sorry I use your service.....
