  TThis is to Kelly, the manager, I believe. Wow, you were incredibly helpful with my rugs. I was so embarrassed that nothing was packed, and you helped me with the entire process. On top of that, you remained so calm and had a smile on your face. Keep up being who you are! !!

  Extremely smooth experience. The manager was extremely experienced and treated her staff well. You don’t see that often.

  The nice folks who work here are very helpful and easy to work with. I'm always in and out pretty quickly thanks to them and their expertise.

  I guess they really don’t want business I walked in there. I was the only one the lady was talking to another guy behind the counter. I asked about an envelope and I stood there, and I waited and I waited and I waited while they discussed pixels and other thanks finally I said OK I’m just gonna go. said oh do you want an envelope? I don’t bother I’ll go someplace else. I sent if they didn’t have Amazon business they wouldn’t be ambitious because people wouldn’t put up with that kind of customer service. If you don’t like customer, then you really should not be in the customer service
