  first time going to this ups store. wont go back. man behind the counter was very rude! Told me I had to tape the package and I said I was not aware and he told me I should have read the instructions and then walked away. My usual store doesnt want the packages taped so they can be sure what is being returned is actually in the package.

  I was in line at this store one morning. It was a little busy with a customer being waited on having a lot of transactions. I observed Kelly go above and beyond to please not only her customer but also one in the other line at the same time.

  I interacted with Kanna today and he was the most pleasant and efficient person I have ever met at this location. He was smiling and attentive to all customers needs and did the work of at least two people.

  Had a great experience with Kelly today. She went out of her way to assist me with something and definitely didnt need to. It was much appreciated.
