  Came in for a battery because they are supposed to do free installation. I guess free installation and basic customer service is not something they do anymore. Why do I have to explain to you how to ring up the battery and the core? Why did I have to remove and install the battery? And then after I installed the battery I realized there was no grease for the terminals so I had to go back and buy the grease because it’s a separate purchase? Why didn’t you mention it when I bought the battery? Since I’m here for a battery, why are you telling me that I have to move my car closer to the front door? It’s not going to start again!! If you don’t like or want to do your job then please go find a job that doesn’t require face to face interactions with people. I’d give zero stars if I could. Last time I’m going here. I should have just gone across the street IF IT SAYS FREE INSTALLATION YOU SHOULD ACTUALLY INSTALL THE ITEM NOT JUST WALK AWAY AND MAKE THE CUSTOMER DO IT.

  Johnny B took care of me big time! I rented a truck that was missing half its fluids, burnt out bulb, the list goes on. He was extremely friendly and helpful, I was so frustrated at enterprise, this guy turned my whole day around. Give this guy a raise! I will definitely be a repeat customer because of this interaction!
