  Horrible experience with “the owner” when I walked in there was a man standing at the counter. I said had a few different transactions to complete, he said ok and continued to talk on the phone and he started to walk away and I asked if he was talking to me and he said no and to let him Know when I was ready. I said I’m ready but your on the phone and walking away when you should be focusing on my transactions and he said this was his store and not to tell him what to do or to focus on me he said he has a self serve kiosk and I could use that but I will not be telling him anything. So incredibly rude and disrespectful and dismissive!

  Excellent experience at this UPS Store! I stopped in because I needed to mail my passport renewal application while I was staying nearby. I had already completed the application online that morning, but I didn't have access to a printer, so they made the entire process incredibly easy. They let me email my application directly to the store, printed everything for me, took my passport photo on-site, helped me organize all of my documents, provided the mailing envelope, and made sure everything was packaged correctly and going to the right destination. There were two people working when I was there, and although they stayed busy helping other customers, they were both incredibly friendly, efficient, and knew exactly what they were doing. The whole process was much quicker and easier than I expected. The location is also easy to find, with plenty of parking in a nice shopping center. As a bonus, I was even able to grab lunch nearby after I finished. My new passport has since arrived, so everything was handled perfectly. If you need passport photos, help printing your application, or any shipping services, I highly recommend this UPS Store. I'll definitely be back for my future shipping needs!
