  This has got to be the best UPS store that I have been to in years. Both the staff members were so incredibly helpful, patient, and very kind. They helped me get all my stuff situated and returned how it needed to be. Even with their computer system down and not scanning the QR codes correctly, they still manage to record and print out a ticket for my returns, which was so wonderful because there’s no way that I could bring it back to this location as I don’t live super close. Too bad all the UPS stores do not have employees like this such a pleasant experience.

  Awesome service, huge huge difference from the previous ownership. They are also open on Sundays now which is so helpful! Every single staff member I have interacted with has been very nice and very efficient. Don’t listen to previous reviews as it’s completely new ownership and new staff, highly recommended!

  Based on the listing, the store was supposed to be open until 6:30pm. We arrived at 5:40pm and it was closed with no one in sight. It was frustrating because we went out of our way to get there.
