Skimpy sandwich for what you have to pay. Couldn't even taste the meat the re was so little of it. Bread was hard.

Food poisoning. Contacted customer service to report it and they marked my ticket as resolved without even talking to me. Do not eat here!

am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Subway. I used the app to place an order and redeemed a free sandwich, but when I arrived, the staff couldn't see any record of my order on their end. Despite my app showing the order as confirmed, their system didn't recognize it, and they were unable to honor the free sandwich.
Additionally, I purchased other subs to qualify for the free one, making me feel cheated and further frustrated. The assistance I received was unprofessional, with staff laughing and dismissing my concerns, saying there was nothing they could do.
This cycle of poor service and broken promises feels like a scam. If Subway doesn't take responsibility and improve their customer experience, it may be time for them to reconsider their operations altogether.
