  Anytime a package is thru fedex I literally want to to cry. They never do their one job which is to deliver our packages. It’s always a run around and always saying that the address which is my address is incorrect that makes zero sense! No attempt to even try to help this FedEx should be shut down the worst shipping experiences always is from FedEx!

  FedEx is a joke and I hate everything about them. Had a work package that was suppose to be delivered Friday. It didn’t need a signature or anything, the delivery driver, Monique decided that it was too hard for her to leave it at my porch and didn’t deliver my package. Monday rolls around and I need the contents in the package for my job, but guess what? It’s not here yet. So I have to sit at home and wait the whole day for said package and lose a day of work. Not only that but I had to move all my meetings that day to other days because I had to sit at home and wait for a package that’s 3 days late. Save yourself the hassle and never ship anything with FedEx even if you’re shipping a bomb cuz it’ll probably not get there on time.

  I've been given the run around at multiple locations and they have no idea where my package is and the tracking number for some reason won't show up in their system even through I'm showing them my tracking info from the website. What is this? How you guys this big and not able to assist in person or over the phone? So I guess my package is in limbo?
