  Worst experience ever I pay extra money to get my package on time, I texted the driver to know what time he was gonna drop it off he never respond back once I came back from picking my kids from school they left a notice in my door, I called customer service and they told me by the next day they will drop it off to the nearest location I call next day and they told me the package was at the location already. I went there and the package was in there. I called them again and they told me the package was on FedEx facility that is an hour away I send my worker to pick the package with all the information and they didn’t even wanna give him the package.

  The Saturday crew on 8/29 in the afternoon were so helpful and went above & beyond to help! Special shoutout to the woman at the desk for being so kind and helpful throughout it all!!

  This woman was extremely rude and unprofessional. She turned away my package for being too big even though customer service told me this specific location would be able to ship my package. Also the size was not an issue as long as it was under 150 lbs. She is lazy rude and shouldn’t work here. The other woman that works here was great tho!

  J. Cristiano at the BDFA - Hillside Office #***643 is a fantastic employee! He is delightful every time he comes in to deliver packages. He is friendly, professional, and always ensures that we and other recipients receive our packages in timely fashion. I work for a business where he delivers packages to, so this is a fantastic quality that we appreciate. Excellent work, "Emerson!" He is very deserving of acknowledgement within his company; I hope this review does not go unnoticed by his superiors.
