Gave me hardest bread after I asked for the softest bread. I'm so upset I had to throw HALF of it away. I don't understand it's so simple. The bread is the MOST IMPORTANT PART. Don't make so much if you're going to sell dried out crusty 3 day old bread!!!!!! That simple. Stop wasting people HARD EARNED MONEY
