  Great ups store franchise! Seems fairly new since they had the time saving kiosk for returns and the newer layout. Used the time saving kiosk for my return/package so I wasn't able to really speak to the employees but they seemed friendly enough. Did find the store felt a bit empty with mainly the kiosk and the PO boxes up in the consumer facing side of the store with most of their printing and other equipment in the back. Overall great store but I wish more was done to make it feel less empty.

  The best UPS store in Lake Co! The staff here is helpful, friendly, and fast. Shoutout to Chris who is the nicest dude ever. Best of all there is never a line here! Highly recommend. So happy they are located here in Hainesville.

  Rabia provided outstanding customer service today. She was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made everything so much easier. It's rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about helping customers.   I had a pre-paid and pre-labeled package return to Amazon. The lady that worked there was nice, efficient and helpful.
