  Placing an order over the phone is extremely slow and difficult. The staff is unmotivated and untrained. You’re better off going to the round Lake location.

  Very rude staff called about a question about my order was told to cancel it. Showed up to try and pick it up and heard similar frustrations from two other people waiting for theirs

  I ordered over $30.00 worth of food only to receive 2 orders of boneless wings. I ordered 5 boneless wings and a 10 piece. I didn’t get wings I didn’t get my son brownie that I used points for. The sprite that was delivered tasted like water. I called to report this the next Monday and was told the supervisor would reach out and I got nothing. I was able to walk into the store and speak with the Supervisor whom had actually tried reaching out to resolve this matter. Rick was very patient and understanding he heard what happened seen my photos and quickly offered to remake my original order. Although things started bumpy he was able to end it with positivity. Thank you Wingstop I’ll be back and thank you Rick you’re an asset!

  They take forever every time I come to get food. They suck! Manager or another blond haired employee was on his phone the whole time I was in there and I was there for 25 minutes!
